The hotel is in an amazing location, just steps from major attractions. Staff members were friendly and always ready to help. My room included a comfortable bed and a super clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a WIDE variety of fresh options.
The hallway carpet showed some slight wear and tear.

the location was indeed central. i found the staff very cute. the room was clean and all the necessary amenities (fully working too!) were present (i needed the hairdryer).
the room i got was quite small. there wasn't enough space to comfortably place two suitcases. this made moving around a little difficult.

there is a parking garage that can fit a jeep cherokee without issues. a buffet breakfast is available (i liked the variety). boat tours are a short stroll away, quite convenient for sightseeing.

The location is unbeatable. It's right in the heart of everything. the staff were genuinely cute and efficient. i found the hotel clean and well kept. i was pleased with the smooth arrangements thanks to the helpful staff.
i noticed the bar access closed during the afternoon. i wished to use the fauteuils.

The room lacked basic amenities. there was no refrigerator, which i found inconvenient for storing drinks or snacks. furthermore, i noted a distinct absence of tea and coffee facilities. This absence meant i could not enjoy a simple beverage in my room.
